3.1 Collection and Use of Google User Data

  • As a Google Workspace™ Add-On, Bricksheet may access certain Google user data necessary for the operation of our Service. This access is strictly limited to providing and improving our Add-On functionality.

3.2 Retention of Google User Data

  • Logical Retention: To facilitate the seamless resumption of our Add-On usage, we retain a logical association between user accounts and Google Workspace™ data. This retention is implemented in a way that does not involve storing the actual content of users' Google Workspace™ data on our servers.

  • User Data Retention: The only piece of user data we retain is the user's email address, which serves as the primary identifier for user accounts in our system.

3.3 Data Minimization

  • We adhere to the principle of data minimization. While our Add-On may process User Account and Google Sheets™ types of Google user data during operation, we do not store or retain any Google user data beyond what is strictly necessary for the functioning of our Service, which is limited to the user's email address.

3.4 User Control Over Data

  • Revoking Access: Users can revoke Bricksheet's access to their Google account at any time through their Google account settings. This action will prevent any further access to the user's Google data but will not automatically delete the user's email address from our system.

  • Requesting Data Deletion: Users can contact us from the contact form to request the deletion of their account and all associated data, including their email address.

3.5 Data Security

  • We implement robust security measures to protect the limited user data we retain (email addresses) and to ensure the secure processing of Google user data during Add-On operations.
