Bricksheet Term of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Bricksheet Google Sheets™ Add-On ("Bricksheet" or the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

 

2. Description of Service

Bricksheet is a Google Sheets™ Add-On that integrates with Databricks, allowing users to connect and import tables directly into their Google Sheets™. The Service enables users to run queries on Databricks data and manage datasets within Google Sheets. 

 

3. User Accounts

3.1. To use Bricksheet, you must have a Google account and access to Google Sheets™.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your Databricks connection details.

3.3. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

4. User Obligations

4.1. You agree to use Bricksheet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. You shall not:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.

  • Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Bricksheet, its licensors, or other providers of such material and copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2. These Terms of Use permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.

 

6. Data Usage and Privacy

6.1. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1. Bricksheet offers different subscription plans. The features available to you will depend on the plan you choose.

7.2. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

7.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

7.4. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon reasonable notice.

 

8. Termination

8.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Bricksheet and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

 

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bricksheet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Service.

10.2. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Bricksheet disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
